In order to provide fresh product, we frequently re-stock new batch of products instead of retaining large volume of items in warehouse.
Most of the products have long shelf life. We ensure the products delivered to you at least meet the minimum shelf life standard and the shelf life no less than the following:
- Normal Food Products: (NFP) 60 Best before Days (Products with mentioned short shelf life and clearance products are excluded)
- Short Life Products: (SLP) Some Japanese snacks have only 3 months or less best before day from the date of manufactured and for this type of products, we guarantee no less than 30 days upon receipt of the order. (Products with mentioned short shelf life and clearance products are excluded)
- Clearance Items: Best before day or expired date is mentioned on the product page
- Products Other Than Food (Masks/Skincare/Makeup/Health & Supplement/Personal Hygiene/Mom & Babies): (NFP) at least 6 months best before date
