Did Not Receive Email update

If you did not receive any email update, there are 2 common reasons:

  1. First, check your Email junk inbox to see if the emails are there
  2. If not, it could be you made a typo error on your email address when you placed your order. Please contact us and we will help you update the correct email address in your store account and re-send invoice

There are 3 system generated emails for every order

  • Order Confirmation: After you successfully place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email
  • Order Awaiting for Fulfillment: We are working on your order and  preparing to ship your order parcel within 1-2 working days
  • Order is Shipped or Partially Shipped: Your order has been shipped and parcel tracking number(s) (connected with direct links) is/are included in the email. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is split into multiple parcels due to the size/weight requirements of a parcel by postal service

Order usually takes 4-8 working days to delivery after the order is shipped

Parcel delivery is fulfilled by Royal Mail service
